Returns & Refunds Policy

 If the product itself is defective, or if the final product is materially different than the design displayed on the website, we're here to help. Under these conditions, our products can be returned within 15 days of receiving the product.

After you have sent an email to

info@cateyelight.com you will receive instructions for returning your item(s). Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.


Once we have received your return we will refund your payment method within 72 hours. Please allow 3-5 business days once we have processed your refund to be reflected on your payment method.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance within the 30 Days of delivery.

If 30 Days have gone by after delivery, customer is no longer eligible for a refund whether item was damaged, or not delivered by shipping carrier. Items can only be refunded after 30 days if incorrect item was shipped. We will not accept any returns after 30 Days.

(USA ORDERS ONLY)Some items may take longer than 17 business days to deliver due to weather, customs, or holidays. Although, If your order has not been delivered by 25 Business Days, please contact us for a possible refund on your order! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 We do not provide refunds for lost packages or miss delivered items by Shipping carriers. Although, we are willing to reship your package.
